Pharmacokinetic absorption is rapid after oral administration, characterized by strong tissue penetration and large distribution volume (greater than 2L/kg). The concentration in the lungs is high, and the elimination half-life can reach 1-2 days. The effective blood drug concentration is maintained for a long time.

Drug Interactions

(1) It has the same target as other macrolides and lincolamines and should not be used simultaneously.

(2) When used in combination with β - lactams, it exhibits an antagonistic effect.
