【 Main Ingredients 】 Albendazole

【 Appearance 】 This product is a suspension solution of fine particles. After standing, the fine particles precipitate, and after shaking, it forms a uniform white or almost white suspension.

Pharmacological effects: Antiparasitic drugs. Abendazole has a broad-spectrum insecticidal effect, and nematodes are sensitive to it. Taenia and flukes also have strong effects, but it is ineffective against schistosomiasis. Its mechanism of action is to bind to β - tubulin in nematodes, preventing it from polymerizing with β - tubulin to form microtubules, thereby affecting cell proliferation processes such as mitosis, protein assembly, and energy metabolism in nematodes. This product not only has a strong effect on adult insects, but also on immature insects and larvae, and has insecticidal efficacy against eggs. Abendazole has a significantly higher affinity for nematode microtubule proteins than mammalian microtubule proteins, therefore its toxicity to mammals is minimal.

【 Usage and Dosage 】 Calculate based on this product. Oral administration: One dose, 0.05-0.1ml per 1kg body weight for horses; Cattle and sheep 0.1-0.15ml; 0.05-0.1ml for pigs; 0.25-0.50ml for dogs; Poultry 0.1-0.2ml.

Adverse reactions: The use of albendazole in early pregnancy in animals may be accompanied by teratogenic and embryotoxic effects.
